Wrath of the Titans
Set to release next Friday, March 30, Wrath of the Titans is the sequel to Clash of the Titans (2010) starring Sam Worthington and Liam Neeson.
Ten years after he defeated the Kraken, Perseus is trying to live in peace with his young son. Unfortunately, the gods have been so weakened by humanity’s lack of devotion that they’ve lost control of the imprisoned Titans. Perseus’ grandfather, Kronos, one of the Titans, plots to capture Zeus (Perseus’ father). Perseus must go on a quest to rescue Zeus, defeat the Titans, and save the world.
Does anyone plan to see Wrath of the Titans when it comes out next weekend? Do you think it will live up to Clash of the Titans?

Well, after seeing the trailer I do now! I’m not sure it’ll be one I’ll in the theater, though. With the price of movie tickets at ten dollars, I think very hard before I see a movie on the big screen. But, I love action movies and movies about myths, so this is perfect for me. Somehow I missed the Clash remake in 2010, so I’ll start with seeing that.

Sadly, I think this is going to be less than spectacular. Clash of the Titans was wonderful, but it was the other characters who made the movie, not Perseus, and we all know what happened to most of them. I hope I’m wrong, but this is definitely a movie I’ll wait for until it hits dvd.

I’m going to pass on this one in theaters as well and wait until it comes out on DVD for both those reasons. My husband and I get free movies from the points on our credit cards, but we’ve already decided what movies we’re spending those on over the summer, and this one sadly didn’t make the cut.

I’ll pass on this one for the theaters, but will definitely watch it once it comes out on Blu-Ray. I saw the trailer and got all excited, but then saw Liam Neeson and was like, oh another Titans flick. I adore Liam, just not in this role. It’s too cheesy.

I didn’t see the first one in the theater. I watched it on DVD and I actually enjoyed it. It was much better than I thought it would be and Sam Worthington is delicious. I’ll probably wait on this one, too.

I am not sure I’ll rush to the theatre to see it but I definitely plan on taking it in.
